   Power off the tablet and eject SIM tray

   Press and hold the Power button to shut down the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra completely. Insert a SIM eject tool into the tray hole on the side frame to remove the SIM/microSD card tray.

   Heat the screen edges

   Apply a heat gun set to low or a hair dryer around the outer glass perimeter for 2-3 minutes to soften the strong factory adhesive.

   Attach suction cup to screen corner

   Place a suction cup near the top right corner of the front glass, pressing down firmly to secure a tight vacuum seal.

   Create an opening gap

   Pull up gently on the suction cup while pressing down on the frame to create a tiny gap between the screen and chassis. Insert a thin opening pick into the gap.

   Slice top edge adhesive

   Slide the opening pick carefully along the top edge of the display, cutting through the adhesive layer beneath the glass.

   Slice right edge adhesive

   Insert a second pick and work it down the right side of the device. Reapply heat if the adhesive hardens or offers strong resistance.

   Slice left edge adhesive

   Guide an opening pick down the left side, keeping the insertion depth under 3 mm to avoid damaging internal ribbons.

   Slice bottom edge adhesive

   Carefully slice along the bottom edge near the USB-C port, making sure not to push the pick too deeply into the lower internal components.

   Hinge display open

   Gently lift the top edge of the screen assembly upward like a book, taking care not to strain the flex cables attached at the board.

    Remove display connector bracket

    Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws holding the metal shield over the display cable connectors, then lift the bracket off with tweezers.

    Disconnect screen flex cables

    Use the flat edge of a plastic spudger to pry the display cable press-fit connectors straight up from the motherboard sockets.

    Separate screen from frame

    Lift the old display assembly completely away from the chassis and place it on a clean workspace.

    Clean frame perimeter

    Scrape away remaining adhesive residue from the tablet frame using a plastic pry tool and clean the perimeter with isopropyl alcohol on a microfiber cloth.

    Apply new adhesive strips

    Lay down fresh, pre-cut double-sided adhesive strips along all four edges of the tablet frame interior.

    Connect new display cables

    Position the replacement screen and snap its ribbon connectors directly onto the motherboard sockets until they click securely into place.

    Reattach display connector bracket

    Align the metal shield over the connectors and reinstall the Phillips screws to lock the ribbon cables in place.

    Seal the new screen

    Peel the protective backing off the adhesive strips, lower the screen flush into the frame, and press firmly around all edges to set the seal.

    Reinsert SIM tray

    Push the SIM/microSD card tray back into its slot on the frame until it rests flush with the outer edge.
