Our mission

Right to Repair

Your devices. Your choice. As an independent repair shop, we believe you should be able to fix what you own — or bring it to someone you trust.

What is Right to Repair?

The Right to Repair movement advocates for your ability to repair, maintain, and extend the life of the electronics you purchase. That means access to parts, tools, and service options beyond the manufacturer alone.

Too often, devices are designed or policy-restricted in ways that make repair harder, more expensive, or impossible. Independent repair shops exist to push back — giving customers a real alternative and keeping usable technology out of the trash.

Why it matters

Environmental sustainability

Repairing devices keeps electronics out of landfills and extends the life of products you already own.

Consumer choice

When you buy a device, you should be able to fix it locally — not be pushed into expensive manufacturer-only service.

Independent repair

Right to Repair supports local shops, fair competition, and affordable options for everyday people.

How LML Repair supports it

We are a local, independent repair business — not a manufacturer service center. Every day we help customers repair instead of replace.

  • Professional in-store and mail-in repairs for phones, tablets, laptops, and more
  • Transparent pricing and honest diagnostics — fix when it makes sense, advise when it does not
  • Certified e-waste recycling and responsible device trade-in programs
  • Advocacy for repair access, parts availability, and sustainable technology

Repair with us

Whether you visit us in store or send a device by mail, we are here to help you get more life out of the technology you already own.
