Terms of Service
Welcome to LML Repair. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the repair services ("Services") we provide to you, the customer ("You" or "Your"). By submitting your device for repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
- Services and Estimates LML Repair offers diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for electronic devices including, but not limited to, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers.
Estimates: We will provide you with a non-binding estimate for the cost of the repair. This estimate is based on an initial diagnosis. If we discover additional issues during the repair process that may affect the final cost, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
Diagnostic Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee may be charged for our time and resources used to assess your device, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair. This fee will be communicated to you beforehand and is typically waived if you approve the full repair.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any repair service at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities: Data Backup You are solely responsible for backing up any and all data, software, and information stored on your device before submitting it for repair. LML Repair is not and will not be held liable for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any data, software, or files. By using our Services, you acknowledge that data loss may occur during the repair process.

Passwords and Access To perform full diagnostic and testing procedures, we may require access to your device, which includes any passwords, passcodes, or patterns. If you do not wish to provide this information, we may not be able to perform a complete functional test, which could limit the scope of our warranty. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only access your device for purposes directly related to the repair.

Payment Payment in full is due upon completion of the repair and before your device is returned to you. We accept [List your accepted payment methods, e.g., Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Money]. Your device will not be released until full payment has been received.

Abandoned Devices If a device is not claimed and paid for within sixty (60) days from the date you are notified that the repair is complete, LML Repair will consider the device abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell the abandoned device to recover the costs of the services rendered and parts used. We will attempt to contact you multiple times before taking this action.

Limited Warranty We offer a ninety (90) day limited warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers the specific parts replaced and the workmanship associated with the repair.
This warranty DOES NOT cover:
Damage or issues that are unrelated to the original repair.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, liquid damage, drops, or any other user-inflicted damage after the device has left our possession.
Software-related issues, including viruses, malware, or operating system corruption.
Pre-existing conditions or issues that were not identified during the initial repair.
Any loss of data (as stated in Section 2).
Devices that have been opened or tampered with by anyone other than an LML Repair technician after the repair.
To claim the warranty, you must present the original receipt. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to, at our discretion, re-perform the service or replace the defective part at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, LML Repair and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our Services. Our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to our Services is limited to the total amount you paid for the Services. This includes any potential damage to the device that may occur during the repair process, especially with devices that have pre-existing frame or structural damage.

Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of communicating with you, processing your payment, and completing the repair service. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LML Repair is located.

Changes to Terms LML Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available at our service location and/or on our website.
By leaving your device with LML Repair, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
