Terms of Service

Welcome to LML Repair. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern repair services we provide. By submitting a device for repair, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and estimates

We offer diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for electronics including phones, tablets, laptops, and computers.

• Estimates are based on initial diagnosis and may change if more issues are found; we will ask for authorization before proceeding when cost changes.
• A diagnostic fee may apply if you decline repair after diagnosis. Fees are disclosed beforehand and are often waived if you approve the repair.
• We may refuse service at our discretion.

2. Data backup

You are solely responsible for backing up all data before service. LML Repair is not liable for data loss, alteration, or corruption.

3. Passwords and access

We may need device access for testing. Declining access can limit testing and warranty scope. We only access devices for repair-related work.

4. Payment

Payment in full is due when the repair is complete and before the device is released. We accept common methods including cash, major cards, and popular mobile payment apps as offered in store or online.

5. Abandoned devices

If a device is not claimed and paid for within 60 days of completion notice, it may be considered abandoned. We may dispose of, recycle, or sell it to recover costs after reasonable contact attempts.

6. Limited warranty

We offer a 90-day limited warranty on parts replaced and related workmanship.

Not covered: unrelated issues; misuse/accidents/liquid/drops after pickup; software/malware issues; undisclosed pre-existing conditions; data loss; devices opened or tampered with by anyone other than LML Repair after repair.

To claim warranty, provide your ticket/receipt. Our obligation is to re-perform the covered service or replace the defective part at our discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LML Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Privacy

Personal information is used to communicate, process payment, and complete service. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is posted on our website.
