   Heat Display Edges

   Use a heat gun set to low temperature to heat the perimeter of the screen for 2-3 minutes. Softening the adhesive is crucial for safe screen removal.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a heavy-duty suction cup near the top edge of the display screen. Press down firmly to create a tight seal.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Pull up on the suction cup to create a small gap between the screen and frame. Insert a thin plastic guitar pick into the gap.

   Slice Upper Adhesive

   Slide the opening pick horizontally across the top edge to sever the display adhesive. Keep the pick shallow to avoid damaging front sensors.

   Slice Side Adhesive

   Insert additional picks and slide them down the left and right sides of the tablet. Reapply heat if the adhesive becomes tough to slice.
