   Power Off the Phone

   Press and hold the power button, then select Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is completely powered down before starting disassembly.

   Eject the SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole next to the SIM tray at the bottom of the device. Push firmly until the tray pops out and slide it out of the phone.

   Heat the Rear Glass Cover

   Apply heat along all four edges of the rear glass panel using a heat gun set to low for about two minutes. Keep the heat source moving constantly to prevent glass or component damage.

   Slice Rear Panel Adhesive

   Attach a suction cup to the lower back glass and pull upward gently to create a gap. Insert a plastic prying tool into the seam and slide it along the perimeter to slice the adhesive.

    Slice Front Screen Adhesive

    Attach a suction cup near the bottom screen edge, pull upward, and insert a thin plastic opening pick under the display glass. Carefully slide the pick around the edges.

    Remove Broken Display Panel

    Guide the display flex cable through the slot in the frame as you separate the old screen from the phone. Safely dispose of the cracked screen assembly.

    Clean Adhesive from Frame

    Apply a few drops of 99% isopropyl alcohol to a cloth and scrape remaining tape residue off the chassis rim using tweezers or a spudger. Ensure the ledge is clean and smooth.

    Apply Replacement Screen Adhesive

    Lay down pre-cut adhesive strips precisely around the inner channel of the phone frame. Peel away the protective backing film to expose the adhesive surface.

    Install Replacement Screen
