At LML Repair, we use a ticketing system to efficiently manage all repair requests, inquiries, and service communications. This policy outlines how our ticketing system operates to ensure a clear and timely response to your needs.
1.1 Ticket Creation:
Online Submission: Customers can submit a new repair request or inquiry directly through our website's [Link to Contact/Booking/Quote page, e.g., "Get a Quote" or "Book Now"] page. In-Store/Mail-In: For in-store drop-offs or mail-in repairs, our staff will create a service ticket on your behalf upon device receipt. Required Information: To create a ticket, customers must provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone number) and a detailed description of the device issue. 1.2 Communication & Updates:
Confirmation: Upon successful ticket creation, you will receive an automated confirmation via email with your unique ticket number. Updates: All communication regarding your repair (diagnosis results, repair estimates, part availability, repair progress, completion notifications) will be documented within this ticket and communicated via email or SMS. Response Time: We strive to respond to all inquiries and provide status updates within [e.g., 24-48 business hours] during our operational hours. 1.3 Ticket Closure:
Tickets are typically closed upon successful completion of the repair, payment processing, and device return to the customer, or upon resolution of the inquiry. You may be asked to confirm satisfaction before a ticket is formally closed. 1.4 Data Privacy:
