Ticket Policy

At LML Repair, we use tickets to manage repair requests, quotes, and service communication clearly and consistently.

1. Ticket creation

  • Online: Submit a repair request, quote, booking, or inquiry through our website (Book, Quotes, or Contact).
  • In-store / mail-in: Our staff creates a ticket when we receive your device.
  • Required info: Accurate name, email, phone number, and a clear description of the issue.

2. Communication & updates

  • You receive confirmation with a unique ticket number.
  • Diagnosis results, estimates, part availability, progress updates, and completion notices are tracked on the ticket and sent by email and/or SMS.
  • We aim to respond to inquiries and provide meaningful updates within 24–48 business hours during operating hours.

3. Ticket closure

Tickets are typically closed when the repair is completed, paid, and the device is returned — or when the inquiry is resolved. We may ask you to confirm satisfaction before formal closure.

4. Privacy

Ticket data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
