Data Retention & Deletion Policy

LML Repair retains business and financial records as needed for accounting, tax, and legal requirements — typically up to 7 years for financial records obtained through our service providers.

Deletion

  • Data may be securely deleted sooner when no longer needed for legal or operational purposes
  • Authorized administrators may request earlier deletion where appropriate
  • When retention ends, data is securely and permanently destroyed from active systems and backups according to our provider capabilities
