Phones recycling FAQ
Do you recycle broken phones?
Yes. Cracked screens, bad batteries, and non-working phones are accepted. Repairable units may be refurbished; others are processed responsibly.
Can I get money for my phone instead?
If your phone still has value, ask about our sell and trade-in options. Recycling is free disposal; buyback may pay cash or store credit when the device qualifies.
Should I wipe my phone before drop-off?
Yes. Back up your data, sign out of iCloud/Google, and factory reset when possible. Our team can help in store if you are stuck.
