Welcome to the LML Repair Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). This Program is designed to reward you for referring new customers ("Referred Friend" or "Friend") to LML Repair for their device repair services.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation in the Program is open to anyone, including current LML Repair customers, their friends, and family members.

1.2. LML Repair reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

1.3. Employees of LML Repair and their immediate family members may not be eligible for certain rewards or may be excluded from participation. [Optional: Clarify if this is the case]

2. How the Program Works

2.1. Obtaining a Referral Code: To participate, You must obtain a unique referral code. This is typically done by filling out the referral form on the LML Repair website. Upon submission, You and your nominated Friend will receive confirmation emails, and You will be provided with your unique referral code.

2.2. Making a Referral: Share your unique referral code with friends, family, or colleagues who are in need of device repair services from LML Repair.

2.3. Qualifying Referral: A "Qualifying Referral" occurs when:

a. The Referred Friend is a new customer to LML Repair (i.e., has not previously used LML Repair services).

b. The Referred Friend books a repair service with LML Repair and provides your unique referral code at the time of booking or service.

c. The Referred Friend's repair service is successfully completed and paid for in full.

3. Rewards

3.1. Reward for the Referrer:

a. For each Qualifying Referral, the Referrer will receive a cash reward of $20 (USD).

b. Bonus Reward: For every five (5) Qualifying Referrals, the Referrer will receive an additional bonus of $25 (USD) on top of the standard referral rewards.

3.2. Reward for the Referred Friend:

a. Upon using a valid referral code from a Referrer for their first repair service with LML Repair, the Referred Friend will receive a $10 (USD) discount on that repair service.

b. This discount is applicable only to their first repair service and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated by LML Repair.

3.3. Reward Form: All cash rewards for Referrers are currently paid in cash (or as specified by LML Repair at the time of payout). LML Repair may explore additional reward options in the future and will update participants if such changes occur.

3.4. No Limits: There is no limit to the number of Friends a Referrer can refer or the number of rewards a Referrer can earn, subject to these Terms.

4. Payment of Rewards

4.1. Referral rewards due to the Referrer will be processed and paid within approximately seven (7) business days after the Referred Friend's repair service has been completed and fully paid for.

4.2. LML Repair will determine the method of payment for rewards (e.g., electronic transfer, check, in-store credit).

4.3. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with receiving rewards.

5. Tracking Referrals

5.1. Each Referrer will be issued a unique referral code.

5.2. LML Repair's system will track the use of these codes to credit the appropriate Referrer for Qualifying Referrals. It is the responsibility of the Referred Friend to ensure the correct referral code is provided at the time of service booking.

5.3. LML Repair is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to incorrect code entry or failure to provide the code.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

6.1. LML Repair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms, at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6.2. Any changes to the Program or Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the LML Repair website or other notification.

6.3. If the Program is terminated, LML Repair will, where feasible, honor rewards for Qualifying Referrals made prior to the termination date, provided the conditions for a Qualifying Referral are met.

6.4. LML Repair reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of the Program or violating these Terms. Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program will result in forfeiture of accrued rewards and potential exclusion from future participation.

7. General Conditions

7.1. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless LML Repair, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Program or receipt or use of any reward.

7.2. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

7.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and LML Repair concerning the Program.

7.4. The failure of LML Repair to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be used in accordance with LML Repair's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the LML Repair website. By participating, you consent to the use of your information as described.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington state, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
