Price Match Policy

1. Overview

At LML Repair, we are committed to offering strong value for device repairs. We will beat a qualifying local competitor's written price by $5 for the same repair on the same device model, using comparable parts quality.

This guarantee applies to local, licensed repair shops within a 30-mile radius of our store.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, the competitor offer must include:

• The same device model
• The same repair type
• Parts of the same or comparable quality
• A licensed / registered local shop with a physical location within 30 miles
• A current written quote with business name, phone, address, date, and repair details

3. How to request

1. Bring or email a complete written competitor quote
2. We verify the quote with the competitor when needed
3. If approved, we beat the verified price by $5
4. Book or complete the repair at the matched price

4. Exclusions

Price match does not apply to:

• Online-only or mail-in repair services without a local retail location
• Unlicensed shops
• Lower-quality or non-comparable parts
• Different repair methods
• Competitors outside the 30-mile radius
• Quotes that cannot be verified
• Combinations with other promotions, discounts, or coupons (unless we say otherwise in writing)

Limited to one price match per repair.
