Device refurbishment

Device refurbishment services

We buy devices, restore them through our in-house repair team, grade them honestly, and resell them with warranty coverage — the same operation that powers thousands of Seattle repairs every year.

Buy → Refurbish → Sell

Buy

We acquire devices through trade-ins, customer buybacks, business fleet upgrades, and verified bulk supply partners.

Refurbish

Every unit is diagnosed, data-wiped, repaired if needed, and quality-checked by the same technicians who handle our repair bench work.

Sell

Finished devices are graded, warrantied, and listed for retail customers and business partners who need reliable pre-owned tech.

Our refurbishment process

Every device goes through the same structured pipeline — whether it came from a customer trade-in or a bulk supply partner. We do not flip units without testing them.

  1. 1Intake and serial / IMEI verification
  2. 2Activation lock and account status check
  3. 3Certified data wipe
  4. 4Full diagnostic and functional test
  5. 5Repair or parts replacement when needed
  6. 6Cosmetic grading (A / B / C)
  7. 7Final QC, cleaning, and packaging

Grading standards

We grade every device so buyers know exactly what to expect. Grades describe cosmetic condition — all graded devices are fully functional unless otherwise noted at sale.

Grade A

Premium condition

Minimal to no visible wear. Screen and body look excellent. Fully functional with strong battery performance.

Grade B

Great everyday condition

Light cosmetic wear such as minor scuffs. Fully functional with no issues affecting daily use.

Grade C

Value condition

Noticeable cosmetic wear but fully working. Ideal for budget buyers or backup devices.

Partnerships & bulk supply

  • Customers trading in or upgrading devices
  • Local repair shops with overflow trade-in inventory
  • Businesses refreshing phones, tablets, or laptops
  • Recyclers and ITAD partners with repairable units

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We partner with repair shops, businesses, and verified suppliers. Reach out through our contact page with device types, quantities, and condition details.

What warranty comes with refurbished devices?

Refurbished devices include a hardware warranty covering defects not caused by physical damage or misuse after purchase. Warranty terms are provided at sale.
