iPhone Screen Is Very Dark

  1. Step 1

    Check Accessibility Filters (Zoom & Reduce White Point)

    It is very common to accidentally trigger accessibility shortcuts that dim the screen beyond normal limits. Head to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and ensure 'Reduce White Point' is toggled off. Next, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom; if Zoom is on, triple-tap the screen with three fingers, tap 'Choose Filter', and select 'None' instead of 'Low Light'.
