   Power off the device

   Press and hold the Side button and Volume Down button, then tap Power Off on the screen.

   Heat the lower rear glass

   Use a heat gun or hairdryer on medium setting to warm the lower back glass panel for 2 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach suction cup to lower panel

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the lower rear glass panel and pull up firmly to create a small gap.

   Slice lower glass adhesive

   Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap and slide it along the edges to slice through the adhesive.

   Remove lower back cover

   Lift the lower glass panel off the frame and set it aside safely.

   Heat the upper cover display glass

   Warm the perimeter of the outer cover screen glass for 2 minutes using your heat gun.

   Pry upper back glass panel

   Insert a thin plastic pick along the outer screen seam and carefully slice the perimeter adhesive.

   Disconnect upper cover screen cable

   Gently lift the upper back panel and use plastic tweezers to disconnect the display flex cable before removing the panel completely.

    Warm the flexible main display evenly across its surface for 3 minutes to loosen the frame adhesive.

    Separate flexible screen from frame

    Slide an ultra-thin plastic card under the flexible display layer, starting from the top corner, sliding downwards.

    Thread display cables through chassis

    Feed the display ribbon cables carefully through the frame slots as you remove the damaged panel.

    Remove old adhesive remnants from the frame using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free wipe.
