   Press and hold the side key, then tap Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is completely powered down before starting.

   Heat upper glass cover

   Use a heat gun on low heat to warm the top rear glass panel for 2 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach suction cup

   Place a suction cup onto the upper rear glass cover near the edge and pull up gently to create a gap.

   Slice upper rear adhesive

   Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap and slide it along the perimeter to slice through the adhesive.

   Gently lift the upper glass panel away from the frame and store it in a safe location.

   Apply heat to the lower rear glass panel for 2 minutes to loosen its adhesive backing.
