Step-by-step

Power Off and Remove SIM Tray

3 minWarm the outer edges of the plastic back panel using a heat gun for 2 minutes to soften the adhesive.

5 minUse a soldering iron and desoldering braid to clear the solder from the mounting pins, then lift away the old port.
