   Power off phone and remove SIM tray

   Press and hold the power button to turn off the Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra completely. Insert a SIM eject tool into the tray hole near the bottom edge to pop out the SIM tray.

   Heat the rear glass panel

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer to apply uniform heat along the edges of the back glass cover for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep the temperature under 80°C to soften the adhesive without damaging internal components.

   Attach suction cup to back glass

   Place a suction cup on the lower third of the rear glass near the bottom edge. Press firmly down to secure a strong vacuum seal.

   Insert plastic prying pick

   Pull up gently on the suction cup to create a microscopic gap between the glass panel and the frame. Slide a thin plastic opening pick into the gap.

   Slice perimeter rear glass adhesive

   Slide the plastic pick along all four edges of the back cover to cut through the factory adhesive. Reapply heat if the adhesive becomes resistant.

   Remove the rear glass panel

   Carefully lift the rear glass panel straight off the phone frame once all adhesive is sliced. Set the glass panel aside on a clean, soft surface.

   Unscrew upper motherboard and wireless coil bracket

   Use a Phillips #000 precision screwdriver to remove the screws securing the upper motherboard shield and attached wireless charging coil.

   Detach wireless charging coil assembly

   Use a flat spudger to gently disconnect the wireless charging coil connector from the motherboard. Lift and remove the coil and upper plastic cover.

   Unscrew lower loudspeaker module

   Remove the Phillips #000 screws holding down the lower loudspeaker housing cover located at the bottom of the phone.

    Pry up loudspeaker housing

    Insert the pointed tip of a spudger under the notch of the loudspeaker housing. Carefully pop the housing free from its retaining clips.

    Remove faulty speaker assembly

    Use tweezers or your fingers to lift the original loudspeaker assembly out of the bottom frame recess.

    Insert new loudspeaker assembly

    Align the replacement Moto Edge 30 Ultra speaker module into the lower frame cavity. Press down gently until it sits completely flush.

    Secure loudspeaker enclosure screws

    Position the loudspeaker housing back over the module and press down until the side clips snap into place. Reinstall all previously removed Phillips #000 screws.

    Reinstall upper cover and wireless coil

    Reconnect the wireless charging flex cable to the motherboard. Lower the upper shield into position and secure it with its Phillips screws.

    Clean old rear adhesive strips

    Use a spudger and isopropyl alcohol to clean residual adhesive off the phone frame and the back cover perimeter.

    Apply new rear cover adhesive

    Peel the protective backing off a custom pre-cut back cover adhesive film and align it onto the outer frame. Press firmly down on the tape edges.

    Press rear glass into place

    Align the rear glass panel over the frame and press it firmly into position along all edges to seat the adhesive seal.

    Reinsert SIM tray

    Push the SIM card tray back into its slot on the bottom of the device until it snaps flush with the frame edge.
