The Eero Pro 6E represents a major evolutionary step in Eero’s mesh networking family, bringing Wi Fi 6E capability and multi gigabit wired connectivity to the brand's flagship lineup. Designed to serve as either a standalone primary router or part of an expandable whole home mesh network, the Pro 6E operates across three wireless bands: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and the less congested 6 GHz band. This additional 6 GHz frequency enables faster local throughput and reduced latency for compatible smartphones, laptops, and client devices, while also providing a dedicated, high speed wireless backhaul between nodes in multi unit installations. Hardware wise, the Eero Pro 6E features an upgraded rear I/O configuration compared to earlier Wi Fi 6 models.
