Eero Mesh Routers Mesh Node Keeps Going Offline
When an Eero mesh node repeatedly goes offline, placement issues, backhaul signal degradation, or mismatched firmware are usually the culprits. Here is how to diagnose and stabilize your Eero satellite fast.

Quick checks first
Before taking your network apart, start with a few fast sanity checks. Verify that the power adapter is fully seated into the wall outlet and the Eero node itself. Touch the top of the node—it should feel warm, but if it is hot to the touch, it may be overheating in an unventilated cabinet.
Next, check for physical barriers. A node sitting behind a large TV, inside a wooden media console, or next to a heavy mirror will suffer massive backhaul degradation. Move the node to an open shelf elevated off the floor.
