Released in 2019 as an iterative update to Apple's original truly wireless earbuds, the Apple AirPods (2nd generation) refined a landmark product in personal audio. Powered by the Apple H1 headphone chip, this generation improved wireless connection stability, reduced audio latency for gaming and video playback, and added hands free voice access via Hey Siri.
