Post-Repair Service Terms
This section outlines LML Repair's commitments and your responsibilities following the completion of any repair service.
- Warranty on Repairs: LML Repair provides a [Insert your specific warranty period, e.g., "90-day", "6-month"] warranty on both the parts installed and the labor performed for the specific repair service completed. This warranty strictly covers defects in the components supplied and installed by LML Repair, as well as the workmanship directly related to the original repair issue.
1.1. Warranty Exclusions & Voids: The warranty shall be immediately voided under the following circumstances:
The device sustains new physical damage (e.g., drops, impacts, cracks, bending) after our service. The device incurs new liquid damage after our service. Any unauthorized third party or the customer attempts to repair, modify, or tamper with the device after it has been serviced by LML Repair. Any security or warranty seals placed by LML Repair are tampered with, removed, or broken. The reported issue is unrelated to the original repair or stems from a pre-existing condition not covered by the original repair. The warranty does not cover data loss (as per the Pre-Repair Service Terms), software issues (unless specifically covered by the original repair), or unrelated hardware failures that may occur after our service. 2. Device Pickup & Payment: Full payment for all services rendered is due and payable upon completion of the repair and prior to the release of the device. Customers will receive notification when their device is ready for pickup or shipment. For in-store pickups, proper identification may be required for device release. For mail-in repairs, devices will be dispatched only upon confirmation of full payment.

Unclaimed Devices: Devices not claimed or picked up within [Insert your specific grace period, e.g., "30 days", "60 days"] from the date of repair completion notification will be deemed abandoned. LML Repair reserves the right to dispose of such abandoned devices to recover repair costs, storage fees, or for environmental considerations. Reasonable attempts to contact the customer via provided contact information will be made prior to any disposal.

Addressing Post-Repair Issues: Should you experience any issues that you believe are directly related to the original repair performed by LML Repair and fall within the applicable warranty period, you must contact us immediately. Please provide your original service ticket number. We will diagnose the reported issue, and if it is determined to be covered under our warranty, the necessary corrections will be performed at no additional labor cost to you.

Data Integrity Post-Repair (Reiteration): While LML Repair ensures the functional integrity of your device post-repair, we do not provide any guarantee regarding the integrity or presence of data once the device has left our possession. It remains the customer's ongoing responsibility to regularly verify their data and maintain comprehensive backups.
