Marshall Speaker Charging Case / Cradle Not Working

  • Blown power IC or micro-fuse: A power surge can compromise the internal charging circuit board inside the cradle base.
  • Loose internal connector: Drop impacts can detach the internal ribbon cable linking the dock contacts to the main power board.

Before assuming your hardware is permanently broken, work through these initial triage steps:
