   Pull out the worn S Pen tip

   Use nib extraction tweezers to firmly grip the base of the S Pen tip and pull it straight out of the barrel.

   Inspect the S Pen tip receptacle

   Shine a light into the pen tip opening to check for broken plastic or debris inside the pressure sensor channel.

   Insert a replacement S Pen tip

   Slide a new nib into the tip opening until it firmly snaps into place against the internal pressure sensor.

   Test S Pen screen touch responsiveness

   Hold the S Pen against the Tab S7 screen to verify digitizer tracking and pressure sensitivity functions.

   Heat the rear S Pen charging strip

   Apply gentle heat from a heat gun to the magnetic strip area on the back of the Tab S7 for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Pry up the rear inductive charging strip

   Insert a thin plastic guitar pick under the edge of the magnetic strip cover and slowly slice through the adhesive.

   Disconnect the S Pen charging coil connector

   Carefully lift the magnetic strip and use a plastic spudger to detach the small flex cable connector from the tablet.

   Clean old adhesive from the tablet chassis

   Wipe down the rear recessed channel on the tablet using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove residue.

   Install the new inductive charging flex assembly

   Align the replacement S Pen charging coil flex cable over the connector port and press down until it clicks securely.

    Reapply pre-cut adhesive and secure the strip

    Apply fresh double-sided adhesive tape to the channel, lay down the magnetic cover strip, and press firmly for 30 seconds.

    Reset S Pen Air Actions on the tablet

    Open Settings on the Tab S7, navigate to Advanced Features > S Pen, and select Reset S Pen to re-pair the connection.
