Heat the Glass Perimeter
3 minApply a heated iOpener or heat gun along the outer edges of the display for two minutes to soften the strong adhesive.

1 minPlace a suction cup near the top edge of the screen and pull upward firmly to create a small gap.

Insert Opening Pick
2 minSlide a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created at the top edge of the device.

Slice the Side Edges

Reattach Display Assembly
5 minReconnect the display cables, reinstall the cable shield, apply pre-cut adhesive, and press the glass screen firmly into place.
