   Power off the iPad

   Slide a thin plastic pick into the gap between the glass panel and the outer aluminum rim.

   Carefully slide picks around the top, bottom, and left edges to cut through the screen tape.

   Gently swing the display open from the left side like a book cover.

   Unscrew the display bracket

    Clean the casing recess
