Heat front glass perimeter
3 minApply a heated iOpener or heat gun around the outer edges of the display for two minutes to soften the perimeter adhesive.

Attach suction cup
1 minPlace a suction cup near the top edge of the iPad screen above the front camera and secure the latch.

Insert opening pick
2 minPull up firmly on the suction cup to create a slight gap and slide an opening pick under the glass.
