Heat Frame Edges
3 minUse a heat gun around the outer edges of the screen for 2-3 minutes to soften the display adhesive.

Attach Suction Cup
1 minPlace a suction cup on the lower left corner of the glass screen near the home button.

Insert Opening Pick
2 minPull up firmly on the suction cup to create a small gap, then insert an opening pick under the glass.

Slice Perimeter Adhesive
4 minSlide the pick gently along all four edges of the display to sever the screen adhesive.

Open Front Glass
2 minHinge the digitizer glass open from the right side like a book cover.
