Heat the display edges
3 minApply a heat gun or heated pad around the outer edges of the glass display for two minutes to soften the perimeter adhesive.

Slice bottom adhesive
3 minPull up on the suction cup to create a gap, then insert an opening pick under the glass and slide along the bottom edge.
