Heat the display edges

Apply a suction cup
2 minPlace a suction cup near the top edge of the screen and pull upward firmly to create a small gap.

Insert an opening pick
2 minSlide an opening pick into the gap under the glass. Keep the pick shallow to avoid damaging internal cables.

Slice the display adhesive

Swing open the digitizer
