Heat the Display Perimeter
3 minApply a heat gun around the edges of the front glass panel for two to three minutes to soften the underlying adhesive.

Attach the Suction Cup
1 minPlace a suction cup on the upper left corner of the front glass near the border.

Insert Opening Pick
2 minPull up firmly on the suction cup to create a small gap, then insert a guitar pick beneath the glass.

Slice Frame Adhesive
4 minSlide the guitar pick carefully along the outer edges to separate the display adhesive, keeping the pick shallow near the home button.

Open Digitizer Glass
