Heat the front glass edges
2 minApply a heated pad or heat gun around the outer glass perimeter for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

Attach a suction cup
1 minPlace a suction handle near the top edge of the glass display and pull upward gently to create a gap.

Insert an opening pick
2 minSlide a thin plastic opening pick into the seam created between the glass frame and the enclosure.

Slice around the perimeter
5 minSlide the pick along the sides to cut through the display adhesive, avoiding the bottom edge flex cables.

Lift the display assembly
