   Power off the projector

   Shut down the XGIMI MoGo 2 Pro completely. Remove the case and any cards or accessories before opening the device.

   Remove exterior screws

   Remove the external screws that secure the housing. Keep them sorted by length and location.

   Open the device housing

   Warm adhesive if needed, then use plastic picks to separate the housing without damaging clips or seals.

   Disconnect the battery

   As soon as you can reach it, unplug the battery connector with a plastic spudger before working on other cables.

   Clear access to the cooling fan

   Remove shields, brackets, and cables blocking the cooling fan. Note cable routing before disconnecting anything.

   Remove the old cooling fan

   Disconnect the old cooling fan, free adhesive or fasteners, and lift it out without tearing nearby flex cables.

   Install the replacement cooling fan

   Seat the new cooling fan in the same orientation, reconnect flex cables firmly, and secure brackets or adhesive.

   Test before final close

   Reconnect the battery temporarily and power on. Confirm the repaired function works before finishing reassembly.

   Reassemble the device

   Power off if needed, reverse the opening steps, replace screws, and close the housing flush.
