Step-by-step

Power Off the Device
1 minTurn off the phone immediately to prevent short circuits. Do not connect a charger or attempt to turn it on.

Eject the SIM Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the top of the device to remove the SIM and microSD card tray.
