   Power Off the Device

   Press and hold the Power button, then tap Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is completely powered down before proceeding.

   Remove the Back Cover

   Insert your fingernail or a plastic opening tool into the notch at the top of the rear cover. Gently pry the back cover off the chassis.

   Remove the Battery

   Use your thumb or a spudger to lift the battery from the recess at the bottom edge. Pull the battery completely out of the phone.

   Remove the MicroSD Card

   Push the microSD card inward slightly until it clicks, then release it. Slide the card out of its slot.

   Remove the SIM Card

   Press down gently on the micro-SIM card and slide it out of its spring-loaded slot. Set it aside safely.

   Remove Midframe Screws

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the ten identical screws securing the plastic midframe. Keep the screws organized on a magnetic mat.

   Pry the Midframe

   Insert a plastic spudger into the seam between the midframe and the front glass assembly near the power button. Pry gently to release the plastic clips holding the frame.

   Unclip the Perimeter

   Slide the spudger around the entire edge of the phone. Unclip all internal plastic latches securing the midframe to the display assembly.

   Separate the Midframe

   Lift the rear midframe away from the front chassis. The loudspeaker assembly is integrated into the lower section of this midframe.

    Pry Up the Speaker Module

    Use the flat end of a spudger to gently lever the loudspeaker module out of its housing in the lower midframe. Take care not to damage the underlying plastic tabs.

    Remove the Rubber Gasket

    Use tweezers to carefully peel the small rubber acoustic gasket off the old speaker. Set it aside to transfer to the new part.

    Install the Gasket

    Position the rubber acoustic gasket onto the sound port of the replacement loudspeaker module. Ensure it fits snugly without blocking the acoustic channel.

    Insert the New Speaker

    Press the new loudspeaker module firmly into the lower cavity of the midframe until it seats flush. Verify the gold contact pads face upward.

    Reattach the Midframe

    Align the midframe over the front housing assembly and press around the edges until all plastic clips snap securely into place.

    Secure Midframe Screws

    Reinstall the ten Phillips #00 screws into the rear midframe to lock the frame together. Tighten until snug without overtightening.

    Reinsert Cards

    Slide the micro-SIM and microSD cards back into their respective slots until they click firmly into place.

    Align the metallic battery contacts with the terminal pins in the phone compartment. Press the battery down into its recess.
