   Power off device

   Press and hold the Side and Volume Down buttons, then tap Power Off to safely shut down your Galaxy S25 Ultra.

   Heat the back glass

   Apply a heat gun or hair dryer around the outer edges of the rear panel for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach suction cup

   Press the suction cup firmly onto the lower portion of the back glass near the USB-C port.

   Slice perimeter adhesive

   Pull up on the suction cup to create a gap and insert a thin plastic opening pick under the edge. Slide the pick around all sides to separate the adhesive.

   Lift off back cover

   Carefully lift the rear glass panel away from the chassis and set it aside in a clean location.

   Unscrew middle bracket

   Use a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the 13 screws securing the wireless charging coil and upper speaker bracket.

   Remove wireless charging coil

   Pry up the edges of the wireless charging assembly and peel it off the motherboard and battery.

   Disconnect battery flex cable

   Use the pointed end of a spudger to detach the battery press connector from the motherboard to prevent electrical shorts.

   Unscrew lower speaker assembly

   Remove the 6 Phillips #000 screws holding down the lower loudspeaker housing at the bottom of the device.

    Remove lower speaker housing

    Insert a spudger beneath the edge of the lower speaker assembly and lift it out of the phone frame.

    Disconnect main interconnect cables

    Use your spudger to disconnect the display and main ribbon cables from the bottom daughterboard.

    Disconnect antenna coaxial cables

    Carefully pry up the two antenna coaxial connectors attached to the bottom daughterboard using precision tweezers.

    Remove daughterboard retaining screw

    Unscrew the single Phillips #000 screw securing the daughterboard to the lower chassis.

    Remove microphone daughterboard

    Insert a plastic spudger beneath the bottom daughterboard and gently lift the board containing the primary microphone out of the frame.

    Install new microphone board

    Align the replacement daughterboard over the bottom recessed frame and press it gently into position.

    Secure daughterboard screw

    Reinsert and tighten the Phillips #000 screw to hold the new microphone daughterboard firmly in place.

    Reconnect ribbon and antenna cables

    Snap the main flex cables and antenna coaxial connectors back onto their corresponding headers on the new daughterboard.

    Reinstall lower speaker housing

    Place the loudspeaker module back over the daughterboard and secure it with its 6 retained screws.

    Reconnect battery and reattach coil

    Snap the battery flex cable onto the motherboard, then align and press down the wireless charging coil assembly into place.

    Reseal back cover

    Apply pre-cut replacement adhesive to the phone frame, align the rear glass panel, and press firmly along all edges to seal.
