   Eject SIM Tray and S Pen

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole on the bottom edge to remove the SIM tray, then push and release to withdraw the S Pen.

   Heat the Rear Glass

   Apply a heat gun set to low along the rear glass edges for 3 minutes to soften the perimeter adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back cover and pull upward gently to form a small gap.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created between the rear glass and the metal frame.

   Slice Bottom Adhesive

   Slide the pick carefully along the bottom edge to cut through the factory adhesive layer.

   Slice Left Edge Adhesive

   Guide the pick around the bottom-left corner and slide along the left side of the device.

   Move the pick along the top edge, keeping insertion depth under 3 mm to protect internal sensors.

   Slide the pick down the right edge of the frame to finish separating the back panel.

   Lift the rear glass cover free from the chassis and place it on a clean surface.

    Lift the degraded battery out of the frame cavity and store it safely for recycling.

    Remove residual adhesive glue from the well using isopropyl alcohol and a clean lint-free wipe.

    Place new pre-cut battery adhesive strips into the cleaned recess in the aluminum housing.

    Align the replacement battery over the adhesive strips and press down firmly to secure it.

    Reinstall Interconnect Cables and Loudspeaker

    Reconnect the flex cables, position the bottom loudspeaker module back into place, and resecure its screws.
