   Power Off and Eject SIM Tray

   Press and hold the side button to power down your Galaxy S25 Plus completely. Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the bottom of the phone to remove the SIM tray.

   Heat the Back Glass

   Apply a heated iOpener or heat gun around all edges of the back cover for two minutes to soften the rear adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup on the lower portion of the back glass and gently pull upward to create a small gap.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide an opening pick into the gap created beneath the back glass edge.

   Slice Back Glass Adhesive

   Slide the pick carefully around all four perimeter edges of the back glass to slice through the adhesive strips.

   Remove the Back Glass

   Lift the back cover straight off the frame and set it aside on a clean surface.

   Unscrew Wireless Charging Coil

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 13 screws securing the upper midframe and wireless charging pad assembly.

   Disconnect Wireless Charging Pad

   Use a plastic spudger to pry the wireless charging pad press connector straight up off the motherboard.

   Remove Wireless Charging Pad

   Gently peel the wireless charging coil along with the upper plastic frame housing off the device.

    Unscrew the Loudspeaker

    Remove the 7 Phillips #00 screws securing the bottom loudspeaker assembly over the lower daughterboard.

    Remove the Loudspeaker Assembly

    Insert a spudger under the top lip of the loudspeaker housing and pry upward to remove it from the device.

    Disconnect the Battery Cable

    Use a plastic spudger to disconnect the battery press connector from the main motherboard to eliminate electric flow.

    Disconnect Main Interconnect Cable

    Pry up the lower connector of the main interconnect ribbon cable from the daughterboard.

    Disconnect Display Cable

    Use the edge of a spudger to pry up the display flex cable connector attached to the upper section of the daughterboard.

    Disconnect Antenna Coaxial Cables

    Use blunt tweezers to carefully lever the coaxial antenna cable heads straight up from their sockets on the daughterboard.

    Remove Daughterboard Screw

    Unscrew the single Phillips #00 screw securing the USB-C daughterboard to the lower phone chassis.

    Pry Up the Charging Port Board

    Insert a flat spudger under the daughterboard edge and gently pry it up out of its recessed frame slot.

    Clean Daughterboard Recess

    Dip a cotton swab in high-concentration isopropyl alcohol and clean out any lint or adhesive residue from the daughterboard housing.

    Insert New Charging Port Board

    Align the new USB-C charging port board with the bottom cutout and press it flat into the housing.

    Secure Daughterboard Screw

    Reinstall the single Phillips #00 screw to lock the new daughterboard into place.

    Reconnect Antenna Cables

    Align the antenna cable heads over their sockets on the daughterboard and snap them down firmly with tweezers.

    Reconnect Display and Main Cables

    Press the display cable connector and the main interconnect cable connector directly down onto the new board.

    Reconnect the Battery

    Snap the battery flex cable connector back into its socket on the main motherboard.

    Reinstall Loudspeaker Assembly

    Place the loudspeaker housing over the daughterboard and secure it with its 7 Phillips #00 screws.

    Reinstall Wireless Charging Pad

    Position the wireless charging pad, reconnect its motherboard press connector, and secure the 13 upper midframe screws.

    Apply Back Glass Adhesive

    Line the outer perimeter of the phone frame with fresh pre-cut adhesive strips.

    Seal Back Cover

    Align the rear glass cover over the chassis and apply firm, continuous pressure along all edges to seat the adhesive.
