Power off the Galaxy S24

5 minSlide the pick carefully around all four edges of the back glass to slice through the adhesive seal.

Remove the back glass
2 minLift the back glass off the frame completely and set it aside on a clean surface.

Unscrew the wireless charging coil shield
4 minUse a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the upper wireless charging pad assembly.

Unscrew the lower speaker housing
3 minRemove the Phillips screws holding the lower loudspeaker module at the bottom of the frame.

Install the new loudspeaker assembly
2 minAlign the replacement speaker module into the bottom recessed bay and press firmly until it snaps into position.

Secure the speaker screws
3 minReinstall and tighten the Phillips screws to firmly lock the loudspeaker module into the phone frame.

Reinstall the wireless charging coil
4 minReconnect the wireless charging flex cable to the motherboard and fasten all retaining screws.

Apply new back glass adhesive
5 minClean remaining glue with isopropyl alcohol, then apply new pre-cut adhesive strips along the frame perimeter.

Reattach the rear glass
3 minAlign the back glass panel over the chassis and press firmly along all edges to seat the adhesive.
