   Power Off Device

   Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S24 completely before starting the repair.

   Eject SIM Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the bottom of the phone to remove the SIM card tray.

   Heat Back Cover

   Apply a heated iOpener or heat gun to the edges of the rear glass for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back glass and pull up gently to create a small gap.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap between the glass and the middle frame.

   Slice Rear Adhesive

   Slide the pick along the bottom edge and up the sides to slice through the perimeter adhesive.

   Lift Rear Glass

   Gently lift the back glass off the frame and set it aside carefully.

   Unscrew Wireless Charging Coil

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 6 screws securing the wireless charging coil bracket.

   Remove Wireless Charging Pad

   Gently peel up the wireless charging coil and NFC pad away from the motherboard.

    Disconnect Battery

    Use a plastic spudger to detach the battery press connector from the motherboard to cut power.

    Unscrew Speaker Assembly

    Remove the 5 Phillips #00 screws holding the loudspeaker assembly at the bottom of the phone.

    Remove Speaker Assembly

    Insert a pry tool under the loudspeaker edge and lift it out of the chassis.

    Disconnect Display Cable

    Use a spudger to pry up the display flex cable connector on the charging port daughterboard.

    Disconnect Main Interconnect Cable

    Disconnect the main board interconnect flex cable from the top of the daughterboard.

    Disconnect Antenna Coaxial Cables

    Carefully pop off the blue and white antenna coaxial cables from their sockets on the sub-board using tweezers.

    Remove Sub-Board Screws

    Remove the single Phillips #00 screw securing the charging port sub-board to the frame.

    Pry Up Charging Port

    Pry under the bottom edge of the charging port daughterboard to lift it out of the frame housing.

    Position New Daughterboard

    Align the replacement charging port board into the lower frame cavity and press it flat.

    Secure Board Screw

    Reinstall the Phillips #00 screw to lock the new daughterboard to the frame.

    Attach Antenna Cables

    Carefully snap the antenna coaxial connectors onto their designated terminals on the new board.

    Reconnect Flex Cables

    Press the display cable and main interconnect flex cable connectors onto the sub-board until they click.

    Reinstall Speaker Assembly

    Place the loudspeaker module back into position and tighten its 5 Phillips #00 screws.

    Reconnect Battery

    Press the battery flex connector back into its socket on the motherboard.

    Reinstall Wireless Coil

    Lay down the wireless charging coil and secure it with its 6 Phillips #00 screws.

    Apply Rear Adhesive

    Apply custom cut adhesive strips around the perimeter of the frame or back cover.

    Press Glass Back Cover

    Press the rear glass firmly onto the frame to seal the device shut.

    Reinsert SIM Tray

    Push the SIM card tray back into its slot at the bottom edge until flush.
