   Power Off the Device

   Turn off your Galaxy S24 Ultra completely by holding the Side key and Volume Down button, then tapping Power Off.

   Eject the SIM Tray and S Pen

   Insert a SIM ejector tool into the hole on the bottom frame to pop out the tray, then remove the S Pen.

   Heat the Rear Glass Panel

   Apply a heat gun or heated pad to the edges of the back glass for two minutes to soften the factory adhesive.

   Attach a Suction Handle

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back glass and pull upward firmly to create a tiny seam.

   Slide a thin plastic opening pick into the gap created between the glass back and the titanium frame.

   Slice the Edge Adhesive

   Move the pick carefully along all four sides of the phone to slice through the remaining adhesive sealant.

   Lift the rear glass panel away from the frame and set it aside on a soft, clean surface.

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 13 screws holding the upper wireless charging coil and shield.

    Locate the main display and ultrasonic fingerprint sensor connector flex on the motherboard and disconnect it.

    Inspect Connector Terminals

    Use a magnifying glass to check the motherboard port and flex pins for dirt, lint, or bent contacts.

    Clean the Flex Contacts

    Dip a lint-free swab in 99% isopropyl alcohol and gently clean the fingerprint sensor connector contacts.

    Connect Replacement Sensor Flex

    Align and press down the new display module's ultrasonic fingerprint flex connector onto the motherboard socket.

    Reconnect the Battery Cable

    Snap the battery flex cable back into its motherboard receptacle until it clicks into place.

    Reinstall Internal Covers

    Reposition the loudspeaker housing and upper wireless charging shield, securing all retained Phillips screws.
