   Eject SIM Tray and S Pen

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the bottom frame to pop out the SIM tray, then press and release the S Pen to remove it.

   Heat Rear Glass Cover

   Apply a heat gun set to low temperature around the edges of the back glass for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the factory adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back glass and pull up gently to create a small gap.

   Slice Rear Adhesive

   Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap and slide it around all four edges to slice through the adhesive seal.

   Lift Off Rear Glass

   Carefully lift the rear glass panel away from the phone body and set it aside on a clean surface.

   Unscrew Wireless Charging Coil

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the top wireless charging coil bracket.

    Use your spudger to disconnect the main daughterboard ribbon cable connector from the sub-board.

    Disconnect Antenna Coaxial Cables

    Carefully pry up the small coaxial antenna connectors from the daughterboard using precision tweezers.

    Unscrew USB-C Daughterboard

    Remove the Phillips #00 screws securing the USB-C daughterboard to the bottom chassis frame.

    Pry Out Damaged Port Assembly

    Lay the wireless charging coil flat across the motherboard and secure all remaining bracket screws.

    Apply Rear Glass Adhesive

    Clean remaining glue with isopropyl alcohol and install a pre-cut replacement adhesive gasket along the frame.

    Press Rear Glass and Reinsert Tray

    Align the rear glass cover, press around the perimeter to seal it, and reinsert the SIM tray and S Pen.
