   Eject S-Pen

   Press and release the S-Pen to eject it from the bottom right slot of the phone.

   Remove SIM Card Tray

   Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the bottom edge to pop out the SIM tray.

   Heat Rear Glass Edges

   Apply heat evenly along all edges of the rear glass for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the rear glass panel and pull up firmly to create a gap.

   Slice Rear Adhesive

   Insert a plastic opening pick into the gap and slide it along the perimeter to slice through the adhesive.

   Lift Off Back Panel

   Gently lift the back glass panel off the frame once all adhesive around the border is severed.

   Unscrew Upper Midframe

   Remove the Phillips #00 screws securing the upper motherboard cover and wireless charging assembly.

   Detach Wireless Charging Coil

   Carefully peel up the wireless charging pad and disconnect its connector from the motherboard.

   Disconnect Battery Cable

   Use a plastic spudger to pry the battery press connector straight up from the motherboard slot.

    Remove the Phillips #00 screws holding the lower loudspeaker housing to the frame.

    Lift and remove the lower loudspeaker module to access the interconnect cables below.

    Unplug the main display and charging interconnect flex cables running over the battery.

    Safely lift the loosened flex cables away from the phone body.

    Soak Battery Adhesive

    Apply a few drops of high-concentration isopropyl alcohol around the battery edges to soften the glue underneath.

    Pull Battery Adhesive Tab

    Grasp the green battery pull-tab and pull steadily upward to lift the battery out of its well.

    Remove Old Battery

    Lift the depleted battery out of the chassis and clean out any remaining adhesive residue with isopropyl alcohol.

    Install New Battery Adhesive

    Apply pre-cut battery replacement adhesive strips into the clean battery well.

    Insert New Battery

    Place the new battery into the well and press down firmly for ten seconds to set the adhesive.

    Reconnect Interconnect Flexes

    Snap the main interconnect flex cables back onto their corresponding motherboard and daughterboard ports.

    Reconnect Battery Flex

    Plug the new battery flex connector straight into the motherboard socket.

    Reinstall Loudspeaker Assembly

    Position the loudspeaker module over the bottom section and tighten its retaining screws.

    Reattach Wireless Charging Pad

    Place the wireless charging assembly back in position, reconnect its flex cable, and tighten all upper screws.

    Apply Back Cover Adhesive

    Lay down fresh pre-cut adhesive strips along the outer edge of the frame.

    Seal Rear Cover

    Align the rear glass panel, press it firmly into place, and reinsert the S-Pen and SIM tray.
