Power off device and eject SIM tray

Remove the back glass cover

3 minUse a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the upper midframe plastic cover and wireless charging coil.

4 minApply heat evenly across the front screen display using your heat gun for 3 minutes to loosen the screen adhesive.

Attach suction cup to front display
1 minPress the suction cup firmly onto the lower portion of the front display glass.

Insert pick under front screen
2 minPull up on the suction cup and slide an opening pick into the seam between the OLED panel assembly and aluminum frame.

Slice front display adhesive
4 minCarefully slice around all four sides of the front display, being mindful of the flex cable routed through the bottom slot.

Lift and remove damaged screen
2 minGuide the display flex cable carefully through the frame slot as you lift the broken screen completely away.

Clean residual frame adhesive
5 minScrape off residual adhesive using a spudger and clean the frame perimeter with isopropyl alcohol and tweezers.

Apply new screen adhesive
4 minLay down double-sided adhesive strips along the internal display frame lip for proper seating and seal.
