   Power off device and eject SIM tray

   Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S23 FE completely. Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole on the top edge to remove the SIM tray.

   Heat the back glass cover

   Apply a heat gun or hair dryer around the outer edges of the back cover for 2-3 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach suction cup to back cover

   Place a suction cup on the lower portion of the back glass, close to the USB-C port.

   Create an opening seam

   Pull up firmly on the suction cup and insert a thin plastic opening pick into the gap between the glass and metal frame.

   Slice back cover adhesive

   Slide the opening pick along the bottom, left, top, and right edges to slice through the adhesive perimeter.

   Remove the back glass cover

   Gently lift the back glass panel straight off the chassis and set it aside safely.

   Unscrew the upper midframe

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the upper midframe plastic cover and wireless charging coil.

   Detach wireless charging assembly

   Use a plastic spudger to gently pry up and detach the wireless charging coil assembly from the chassis.

   Disconnect the battery cable

   Pry the battery press connector straight up off the motherboard using a plastic spudger to cut power.

    Unscrew lower loudspeaker module

    Remove the Phillips screws securing the lower loudspeaker cover at the bottom of the device.

    Remove the loudspeaker housing

    Pry up the loudspeaker module using a spudger and remove it from the lower chassis.

    Disconnect display flex cable

    Disconnect the main display flex cable press connectors from both the motherboard and lower sub-board.

    Heat the front glass screen

    Apply heat evenly across the front screen display using your heat gun for 3 minutes to loosen the screen adhesive.

    Attach suction cup to front display

    Press the suction cup firmly onto the lower portion of the front display glass.

    Insert pick under front screen

    Pull up on the suction cup and slide an opening pick into the seam between the OLED panel assembly and aluminum frame.

    Slice front display adhesive

    Carefully slice around all four sides of the front display, being mindful of the flex cable routed through the bottom slot.

    Lift and remove damaged screen

    Guide the display flex cable carefully through the frame slot as you lift the broken screen completely away.

    Clean residual frame adhesive

    Scrape off residual adhesive using a spudger and clean the frame perimeter with isopropyl alcohol and tweezers.

    Apply new screen adhesive

    Lay down double-sided adhesive strips along the internal display frame lip for proper seating and seal.

    Mount the replacement screen

    Thread the display cable of the new screen through the frame slot and press the screen flat onto the prepared adhesive.
