Eject the S-Pen
1 minPress in on the S-Pen tip to unlock it, then slide it completely out of the bottom slot.

Heat the Back Glass
3 minApply a heat gun or hairdryer around the edges of the back glass for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the adhesive seal.

Attach Suction Cup
2 minPress a suction cup onto the lower section of the back glass and pull upward firmly to create a seam.

Insert Opening Tool
2 minInsert a plastic prying tool into the seam created by the suction cup along the bottom edge.

Slice Perimeter Adhesive
4 minSlide the plastic prying tool carefully around all four edges of the back glass to slice through the remaining adhesive.

Remove the Back Cover
1 minLift the back glass straight up off the phone chassis and set it safely aside.

Unscrew Wireless Charging Bracket
3 minUse a Phillips #000 screwdriver to remove the 5 screws holding the top wireless charging assembly.

1 minPry the battery connector straight up from its motherboard socket using the flat end of a spudger.

3 minRemove the 6 Phillips #000 screws securing the bottom loudspeaker assembly to the frame.

Pry Out Loudspeaker Module
2 minInsert the tip of a spudger under the notch of the loudspeaker housing and lift it clear of the lower frame.

Insert New Loudspeaker Module
2 minAlign the replacement loudspeaker module with the lower housing cavity and press it down flush into position.

Fasten Loudspeaker Screws
2 minReinstall and tighten the 6 Phillips #000 screws to secure the speaker module to the lower chassis.

Reconnect the Battery
1 minAlign the battery press connector over its motherboard socket and gently press down until it clicks into place.

Reinstall Wireless Charging Bracket
3 minLay the wireless charging coil flat, connect its press joint, and replace the 5 Phillips #000 screws.

Reseal the Back Glass
3 minApply new custom-cut adhesive to the rear frame, align the back glass, and press firmly along the perimeter to seal.

Reinsert the S-Pen
