Power off the device

Eject the SIM card tray

1 minRemove the single Phillips screw holding the daughterboard to the bottom enclosure.

Remove the old microphone daughterboard
2 minGently lever up the daughterboard containing the primary microphone using tweezers and remove it from the frame.

Install the replacement microphone sub-board
3 minAlign the new daughterboard in the frame cutout, press it flat, and reinstall the securing screw.
