Remove the SIM Card Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the bottom frame and push gently to eject the tray. Pull the tray completely out of the phone.

3 minApply a heated iOpener or heat gun around the edges of the back cover for two minutes to soften the adhesive.

Attach Suction Handle and Insert Pick
2 minPlace a suction cup on the lower back glass, pull up firmly to create a gap, and insert an opening pick under the edge.

Slice Back Glass Adhesive
4 minSlide the pick carefully along all four sides of the frame to cut through the perimeter adhesive. Reheat the glass if resistance increases.

Remove Back Cover
2 minLift the back cover straight off the frame and place it safely aside. Clean residual glue from the frame edges.

Unscrew Wireless Charging Coil
2 minRemove the five Phillips #00 screws securing the upper wireless charging coil bracket to the motherboard frame.

2 minInsert a plastic opening tool beneath the edge of the loudspeaker module and lift it out of the chassis.

2 minSet the replacement loudspeaker module into the lower frame cutout, pressing down gently until it sits flush.

2 minReinstall the six Phillips #00 screws to lock the loudspeaker module securely into place.

Reconnect Battery and Wireless Coil
3 minSnap the battery connector onto the motherboard, re-lay the wireless charging pad, and tighten its five Phillips #00 screws.

Reseal Back Cover
3 minApply new pre-cut adhesive strips around the frame perimeter, align the back cover, and press firmly along all edges to seal.
