   Power down the device

   Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S10 completely before starting disassembly to avoid electrical short circuits.

   Heat the rear glass panel

   Apply a heat gun or hair dryer around the outer edges of the rear cover for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the underlying adhesive.

   Attach a suction cup

   Place a suction cup onto the lower portion of the rear glass near the USB-C charging port.

   Insert an opening pick

   Pull up firmly on the suction cup to create a small gap, then insert an opening pick under the lower edge of the back glass.

   Slice the bottom adhesive

   Slide the pick carefully along the bottom border to cut through the factory glue seal.

   Slice the right side adhesive

   Guide the opening pick around the bottom-right corner and move it upward to cut the right side adhesive.

   Slice the top edge adhesive

   Continue sliding the pick around the top-right corner and across the top edge of the phone.

   Slice the left side adhesive

   Move the pick along the remaining left side to completely release the perimeter adhesive.

   Remove the rear glass panel

   Lift the rear glass off the phone body carefully and set it aside on a clean surface.

    Unscrew the midframe fasteners

    Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove all 15 identical screws securing the plastic midframe and wireless charging pad.

    Remove the midframe and wireless coil

    Insert the flat end of a spudger under the midframe edge and unclip the upper assembly from the frame.

    Disconnect the battery cable

    Pry the battery connector straight up from its motherboard socket using a plastic spudger.

    Apply isopropyl alcohol

    Apply a few drops of high-purity isopropyl alcohol around the edges of the battery well to soften the strong glue beneath.

    Pry up the old battery

    Insert a flat plastic opening tool into the gap along the bottom edge of the battery and gently lever it upward.

    Lift out the battery

    Grasp the loosened battery with your fingers and remove it from the device enclosure.

    Clean the battery recess

    Wipe away any residual adhesive and isopropyl alcohol from the frame well using a lint-free cloth.

    Install fresh battery adhesive

    Apply pre-cut battery adhesive strips into the compartment and peel away the protective film.

    Set the new battery

    Lower the replacement battery into the tray and press firmly for 10 seconds to secure it in place.

    Reconnect the battery cable

    Align and press the battery connector straight down into its motherboard socket until it clicks.

    Lower the plastic midframe and wireless charging coil back onto the internal chassis.

    Reinstall the 15 Phillips #00 screws to secure the midframe to the phone body.

    Scrape away remaining adhesive remnants from the rear frame perimeter with an opening tool.

    Align and stick a pre-cut back cover adhesive gasket around the outer rim of the chassis.

    Align the back cover over the body and press firmly around all four edges to restore the seal.
