Step-by-step

Power off the device
1 minPress and hold the power button, then select Power Off to completely turn off the Galaxy S10 Plus.

Eject the SIM card tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the top edge of the device and pull out the SIM card tray.

Heat the rear glass edges
