   Power off device and remove SIM tray

   Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite completely. Insert a SIM eject tool into the hole at the top left to eject the SIM tray.

   Heat the back cover

   Use a heat gun or hair dryer around the edges of the rear glass for 2-3 minutes to soften the adhesive.

   Attach suction cup

   Place a suction cup near the bottom edge of the back cover and pull upward firmly to create a small gap.

   Insert plastic opening pick

   Insert a plastic prying pick into the gap created beneath the back cover glass.

   Slice perimeter adhesive

   Slide the plastic pick along all four edges of the back cover to cut through the remaining adhesive.

   Remove the back cover

   Carefully lift the back glass cover clear of the frame and set it aside.

   Unscrew the upper motherboard bracket

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the upper plastic motherboard shield.

   Remove upper motherboard bracket

   Pry up the upper motherboard bracket using a plastic spudger and remove it from the device.

   Disconnect the battery

   Use the flat edge of a plastic spudger to pry the battery press connector directly off the motherboard.

    Unscrew the loudspeaker assembly

    Remove the Phillips #00 screws holding the lower loudspeaker housing over the sub-board.

    Remove the loudspeaker

    Insert a spudger beneath the loudspeaker module and lift it out of the lower chassis.

    Disconnect main flex cable

    Use a spudger to detach the main ribbon cable connector from the daughterboard.

    Disconnect display flex cable

    Disconnect the display ribbon cable from the sub-board using the plastic spudger.

    Disconnect coaxial antenna cables

    Use tweezers to carefully pry up the black and white coaxial antenna heads from the sub-board.

    Unscrew the sub-board

    Remove the single Phillips #00 screw securing the sub-board to the phone frame.

    Remove old charging port board

    Gently lift the old charging port sub-board up out of the lower recessed cavity.

    Set replacement charging board

    Position the new charging port sub-board into the lower housing and align the mounting hole.

    Secure sub-board screw

    Replace and tighten the Phillips #00 screw to hold the new sub-board in place.

    Reconnect coaxial antenna cables

    Snap the black and white coaxial cables back onto their connectors on the replacement sub-board.

    Reconnect display and main flex cables

    Press the display and main ribbon flex connectors directly onto the sub-board sockets until they click.

    Reinstall loudspeaker module

    Place the loudspeaker assembly back into the lower frame and press down firmly.

    Fasten loudspeaker screws

    Reinstall and tighten all Phillips #00 screws on the loudspeaker module.

    Reconnect battery flex cable

    Snap the battery connector back onto the upper motherboard terminal.

    Reinstall upper motherboard bracket

    Place the motherboard bracket back over the top assembly and secure all Phillips #00 screws.

    Apply new cover adhesive

    Clean remaining glue with isopropyl alcohol and apply pre-cut adhesive tape along the frame edges.

    Reattach rear glass cover

    Align the back cover with the frame and press firmly around all edges to seal the phone.
