   Power Off Device

   Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons, then tap Power Off on the screen. Ensure the device is fully shut down before proceeding.

   Heat Rear Glass

   Apply a heat gun or hair dryer around the edges of the back cover for 2-3 minutes. This softens the strong adhesive holding the rear glass to the frame.

   Attach Suction Cup

   Press a suction cup firmly onto the lower half of the rear glass near the bottom edge. Pull up gently on the suction cup to create a small gap.

   Insert Opening Pick

   Slide a plastic prying tool or opening pick into the gap created between the glass and the body. Do not insert it more than a quarter-inch deep.

   Slice Rear Adhesive

   Slide the pick carefully around all four edges of the back cover to slice through the adhesive seal. Reapply heat if the adhesive becomes tough to cut.

   Remove Rear Cover

   Lift the rear glass panel straight off the phone frame once all adhesive is severed. Set the back glass aside on a clean surface.

   Unscrew Wireless Charging Pad

   Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the 10 screws securing the mid-frame shield and wireless charging coil. Store the screws safely.

   Remove Wireless Charging Assembly

   Use a spudger to gently unclip the top edge of the wireless charging assembly. Peel the coil and upper frame off the device.

   Disconnect Battery

   Pry the battery press connector straight up from the motherboard using a plastic spudger. This prevents electrical shorts while working.

    Unscrew Loudspeaker Module

    Remove the 7 Phillips #00 screws securing the bottom loudspeaker assembly to the lower frame. Keep these screws separate from the mid-frame screws.

    Pry Up Loudspeaker

    Insert the flat end of a spudger under the top lip of the speaker module assembly. Pry gently upward to release the plastic retaining clips.

    Remove Damaged Speaker

    Lift the loudspeaker housing completely out of the bottom chassis. Ensure no small rubber gaskets or adhesive remnants remain stuck in the cavity.

    Insert Replacement Speaker

    Position the new replacement loudspeaker assembly into the lower recess of the phone frame. Press down firmly along the edges until it snaps into place.

    Fasten Loudspeaker Screws

    Reinstall the 7 Phillips #00 screws into the loudspeaker assembly until snug. Avoid overtightening to prevent stripping the plastic housing.

    Reconnect Battery

    Align the battery flex cable connector over its socket on the motherboard and press down gently until it clicks into place.

    Reinstall Wireless Charging Pad

    Lower the wireless charging coil and top mid-frame cover back onto the motherboard. Secure it with the 10 Phillips #00 screws previously removed.

    Apply New Back Cover Adhesive

    Clean the perimeter of the frame with isopropyl alcohol to remove old adhesive. Lay a fresh custom adhesive strip along the back cover edges.

    Secure Rear Glass

    Align the back glass panel with the phone chassis and press firmly around all edges. Apply warm heat and light pressure for 1-2 minutes to set the bond.
