Eject the SIM Card Tray
1 minInsert a SIM eject tool into the pinhole at the top edge of the phone. Push firmly inward to pop out the tray and remove it.

3 minApply heat evenly around all four edges of the back cover using a heat gun for two minutes to soften the underlying adhesive.
